I want to start a personal blog, but given the sensitive and personal info, I want to restrict it to friends and family that I approve. Ideally, they would request permission, I would approve/deny, and they sign in with a username/password. What blog sites will allow this?

i am thinking apply some affiliate networks like hydra, incentalclick, incentreward… please review my site and suggest will they approve my site??
