The Rich Janitor Course Good For Intermediate Marketers

August 6th, 2011 admin No comments

The Rich Janitor affiliate marketing course is definitely worth the $77 purchase price… but with one caveat. There are really two different segments of the Clickbank marketing how-to niche: Complete Clickbank beginners and struggling intermediate marketers. Complete Clickbank beginners are people who do not know how to set up a website with its own domain name, use autoresponders and so on. The Rich Janitor has materials for these folks but most beginners would be quickly lost using them. For struggling intermediate Clickbank marketers, however, The Rich Janitor course can be very valuable indeed. It shows you, step by step, some of the practical strategies successful affiliates use to make $500 to $5,000 a day promoting Clickbank products. The really cool thing is, most of what The Rich Janitor teaches is merely refinements to what struggling intermediate Clickbank marketers are already doing. That makes it a very “actionable” course – and will make any Clickbank promoter with some experience very excited. As other reviewers have said, this course incorporates previous videos and materials from the Profit Miracle Course.

It also adds some new videos and PDFs. When you log onto The Rich Janitor website, the first tab you see is “Videos,” and inside you get 26 videos on different aspects of affiliate marketing. There is an introductory video on making money online. Four seminar videos on the basics of affiliate marketing. A video on setting up a Clickbank account. Four videos on setting up a website. And then a whole bunch of videos on actual affiliate marketing campaigns and how they were implemented. I found the quality of the videos to be very good. The second major component of the course are some very powerful e-book manuals, including the original Profit Miracle materials. These are not cheesy 20-page e-books but genuine manuals – 200 pages or more. For people who are seriously interested in making money with Clickbank especially, these are invaluable. The third major component of the course are the Campaigns – these are the 20 or so affiliate programs that the course recommends you promote.

I thought these might be help for complete beginners, but you don’t have to limit yourself to only these programs. There are better affiliate programs out there on Clickbank, in the niches described, that actually convert better than these. (Some of the programs also just happen to be owned by the creators of The Rich Janitor course.) The fourth component of The Rich Janitor course, and the weakest, is the Article Creation software built into the website. Most reviewers found it to be fairly weak – and I agree. It’s very spammy and using these articles will get you banned by the legitimate articles directory. HOWEVER, if you follow the template – and simply create your own quality articles – you’ll be much better anyway. The Rich Janitor course also includes standard article submitter software which you download and can use to submit your articles to multiple sites. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend you go crazy with this. I use this software to submit to 5 to 10 of the best sites… but that’s it.

What’s more, I only submit quality, original articles. Here’s the bottom line: The Rich Janitor is really great in that it gives you a concrete, step-by-step blueprint to follow to really create winning Clickbank campaigns that can bring in substantial amounts of cash fairly quickly. For intermediate marketers who already know the basics, it can help “tweak” your campaigns and get you into the profit zone. You simply should use the tools they provide but NOT their article generation software. All in all, I’d rate the course 4 out of 5 stars. For $77, it’s definitely worth the money. I paid full price and have found the video instruction and blueprints to be very worthwhile, indeed.

Traffic Building Tips for Beginning Affiliate Marketers

January 10th, 2011 admin No comments

If you aren’t participating in some type of Affiliate Marketing program, you really are missing out on the endless possibilities of residual income. It is those endless possibilities, however, that create the biggest problem when its time to sort through the hundreds of thousands of Internet opportunities and e-books. If you are not careful, rather than finding valid opportunities and helpful e-books, what you’ll end up with are scams. If you jump in without a keen eye, or if you act too quickly, on those “one-time-offer” schemes, you could end up investing unnecessary dollars to programs that either don’t work or that don’t do anything you couldn’t have done yourself for free.

Affiliate marketing is one of the few business ventures that you really can do with little or no monetary investment. However, not many people think of their time as an investment. This is a big mistake, because time, is your most precious resource. It is non-renewable – once it’s gone, it NEVER comes back. This is why you’ve heard “time is money” countless of times – however, time is more valuable than money. Consider the millionaire on his deathbed – he has loads of money, but no time, and no amount of money can buy him more time. So use it wisely. Before you decide on any affiliate venture consider how much time you have on your hands and what you can afford to invest.

Choose a program that best suits the time you have available. If you have a lot of time, you will save money, but will need to put in a lot of footwork, researching, and promoting. If you have very little time, you will need to invest some money in either a program that does most of the work for you or you will need to invest in some advertisement for promotions and traffic building of your blog or site. (Don’t have a blog? Set up a free one at Blogger.com. Want to set up a free website? Try Weeby.com.

Most traffic building ebooks that you find online will promise to teach you how to write the best articles for Search Engine Optimization, and they will claim that this method is the best because it increases your website or blog’s search engine ranking and allows people searching for information that pertains to your topic to find you own their own. I don’t totally discount this method, functioning at its best; it can bring many unsolicited potential customers to your site.

What I’ve discovered is that some e-books forget to mention that you will need to submit your site to the various search engines – an important step if you plan on being discovered via a search engine. If they do mention this step it is often accompanied with a price guaranteeing quick results, but this is something you can do own your own for free and I’ve discovered it doesn’t take weeks like they’ll tell you. I’ve found AddMe.com to be extremely helpful with this.

The downside to relying on search engine optimization and rankings, however, is that it takes an uncertain amount of time to get a high ranking. And such rankings are unstable – at any moment, things can change and suddenly your site is no longer appearing on the first two pages of a keyword search, which is the optimum position since people don’t often go past the first couple of result pages. Consider your own Google search habits – I rarely go beyond the first page of results.

So what other methods are there? Some e-books suggest that you post your blog or site information on other blogs, various webgroups (ie. Yahoo Groups), and social sites, like Facebok or Twitter. Basically you’re trying to get information about your blog or site in as many places as possible to increase your chances of being discovered by potential customers. What this also does is increase your chances of being found via search engines like Google by relying on the rankings of the various sites you’ve posted your blog or site to. These methods have their usefulness, but they are time consuming.

Methods I’ve discovered to be simultaneously cost effective and time efficient are those explained in Harvey Segal’s free e-book The Ultimate Supertip. You can read more about it at The Affiliate Marketer’s Help Desk at: http://affiliate-helpdesk.blogspot.com.  Not only is it free, but he asks for no email or other contact information so he can’t spam you to death later. Instead, he gives you valuable information that you can apply to promote your own products or to get your own affiliate marketing ventures off the ground. Within this ebook is possibly the most helpful information you will discover. If you are looking for an affiliate venture, you are even invited to join Segal’s affiliate marketing program that offers an astonishing 70% commission via ClickBank. If you haven’t already done so, set up a free account to gain access to endless affiliate opportunities.

No matter what traffic building method(s) you chose to use, keep in mind that there isn’t a “One-Size Fits All” method to traffic building, it depends on you, your product, and/or your goals for your blog or website. Don’t fall for products that guarantee anything until you have fully examined them and have considered how you will actually apply them. Be sure to realistically consider your available time and resources that you will need to invest before taking any further steps.

Some Great Methods For New Internet Marketers To Make Money Online

October 22nd, 2010 admin No comments

Anyone can say that they are going to make money online. However, these are the people that never become successful because of this same idea. Internet marketing, for many people, is looked at as an easy way to make lots of money. This way of thinking comes from the internet marketers who portray it as being an easy way of making tons of money. This is why so many new internet marketers give up – they realize that truly making money online takes a lot of work. To make it big in the online world, all you have to do is treat it as a real business. Learning the appropriate skills and applying them is the key to success. Continue reading to learn of ways that you can use to make money right now.

Large online auction sites such as Ebay have millions of people searching for items to buy. You can start off by listing items you already own; this can bring in instant money if you need it now. To really succeed with auction sites, however, you have to buy large quantities at wholesale (or even cheaper) prices and then put them up for sale at retail prices. You may prefer to use drop shipping, where the products are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer without you having to store or ship anything. When you start to sell items online, you can look everywhere for inexpensive things to resell; some people even profit from buying heavily discounted merchandise at retail stores and reselling it online.

Another method is buying and selling domain names. You might be someone who has a knack for coming up with profitable domain names. When you think of a good one, check if it’s available, and if so, register it; you may be able to resell it for a good profit. Some domain names end up selling for huge amounts of money. The good news is that you do not need a website for this. You can find quite a few websites and forums that are centred around domains; you can buy and sell your domains through these. Finding these websites could be as easy as surfing through a few forums to get some ideas. This business, which is sometimes called domain flipping, is very easy to get into.

Join a reputable multi-level-marketing company. With this business model, you earn money first of all by selling the product or service. To succeed with this, however, you also have to be able to recruit others into the company. You then make money from everything the people you bring in sell. Then when people you signed up sign up others, you still get a commission, and so on. The goal is to eventually make lots of money based on the efforts of others. Be careful! Not all of them are legitimate! You should do a little checking around about any such opportunity before you invest any money or sign up with them.

There are just so many ways for internet marketers to make money online. Making a living online as an internet marketer involves creating several revenue streams. It can feel a bit intimidating trying to select the right online money making methods to suit you at first. Thankfully it’s easy to sort out which options will work for you and which ones might not. Once you’re off and running, you might find it doesn’t take long to be able to replace your day job income with your online money making ventures.
