You know how most terms and agreements when you register for something requires you to be 18 or above such as paypal. What happens if you still register for it but you’re under 18 such as paypal. Many people do it and haven’t heard of many who were punish by law but what would be punishment if you do?
The reason why I’m asking this is because I signed up for a CPA network and I realize that you have to be 18 or above but does not require your specific age or birth date so I thought nothing of it.
But after I was approve it required me to fill out a W8-BEN form for tax purposes before you could be paid and I’m wondering whether I should request for the account to be close or just fill out the form. I doubt they’ll care or know that I’m under 18 and I’m roughly 16 so just another 2 years.
The main thing I’m worried about is the W8-BEN form as it is actually a government form but from what I read there were not age requirements to it just whoever needed to pay taxes however I’m afraid that because I’m supposedly 18 from registering from the network that it may affect this too. However as I read under the penalties of perjury that age is not a factor.
I want to blog about issues I don’t want associating with my ‘work’ self. How do I choose a blog host that has a good anonymity record, in other words, I don’t want it to be easy for people to match up my IP address or access my personal details.
Also, having set the blog up, how do you encourage high volume visitors?
I’ve only used LJ before and I want to try something a bit different, but anonymity is the biggest issue for me. Would welcome suggestions of good free blog hosts.
I recently decided to turn on adsense after my post. The ads look great and content is awesome I just can’t see the impressions in Adsense. I have always used adsense code and inserts it into to certain areas and tracking no issue with channels. How can I track the impressions with adsense under my post, since you can’t pick a channel?
